Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hilwati Hashim is a Consultant Neuroradiologist and Head of the Department of Radiology at the Faculty of Medicine and Hospital Al-Sultan Abdullah, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Dr. Hilwati completed her medical degree at Trinity College Dublin, followed by her Master’s in Radiology at University Malaya and subspecialty training in Neuroradiology. In addition to her primary roles at UiTM, she serves as a Visiting Consultant at Hospital Sungai Buloh, an Adjunct Professor at Universiti Putra Malaysia, and a Visiting Professor at Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia. As a dedicated researcher and educator with a special interest in neuroimaging, she has published extensively and is a frequent speaker at national and international scientific meetings.
